These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Brahmavi’s website and applications (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for the birth details and other information you provide, and for keeping your sign-in secure. The accuracy of your guidance depends on the accuracy of your birth date, time, and place, so please enter them carefully. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Brahmavi computes your Vedic astrological chart from exact astronomical data and classical methods, and offers guidance for reflection, self-understanding, and well-being.

The astronomical calculations are made carefully. The guidance, however, is interpretive: it is NOT a prediction of fixed or guaranteed outcomes, and it is NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other qualified advice. Always consult an appropriate professional for important decisions.

As a matter of principle, Brahmavi does not offer predictions about death or terminal matters, and does not use fear to encourage spending. If you are in distress, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local support service.

You use the guidance at your own discretion and are responsible for the decisions you make.

Please use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service or its security; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; copy, scrape, or resell our content, charts, or guidance; or use the Service to harass others or to provide professional advice to third parties as if it were your own.

Parts of the Service are free. You may also choose to make a voluntary offering (dakshina) or to subscribe to paid features. Prices and the specific terms applicable to a purchase are shown to you at the point of payment.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Voluntary offerings are, by their nature, given freely and are generally non-refundable. For subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops further charges and does not, unless required by law, refund the current period. Where the law gives you a refund or cancellation right, that right applies.

The Service, including the Brahmavi name, the Brahmavis (our original virtual guides), our written guidance, designs, and software, is owned by Brahmavi and protected by law. Our calculation engine is built independently from classical, public-domain sources. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own, non-commercial use. We do not grant you rights to our content beyond that.

You keep your rights in the birth details and information you provide. You grant us the permission we need to process that information to operate the Service and provide your charts and guidance, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can access, correct, or delete your data as set out there.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for hosting, authentication, place look-up, email, AI generation, payments, and messaging). Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

We work hard to keep Brahmavi accurate, available, and secure, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any guidance will produce a particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brahmavi and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any decision you take in reliance on the guidance. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify Brahmavi against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
